Covid-19 Statement Lobby Closures
At Citizens Bank, the well-being and safety of our employees and our customers is top priority. After actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation, Citizens Bank has decided to temporarily close our Charleston and East Prairie lobbies effective, March 20, 2020.
The drive thru at both Citizen's Bank locations will remain open. We encourage you to continue to use our ATM's, mobile deposit, mobile app, and our any time access phone line (573) 683-2234.
If you are in need of a new account, loan or other service that may not be available at the drive thru, please call the bank to make an appointment. We are here to serve you!
